Porto Alegre, January 18, 2020 – The climate forecast maps point to a good accumulation of rainfall in most of the main producing states in Brazil in the period between January 15 and 21. Only the states of Minas Gerais, Bahia, and Piauí must receive little or no moisture.

In the same period, weather maps point to good rainfall also in the main soy growing region of Argentina. The country’s production has been put in check due to the accumulated low rainfall in recent weeks. In spite of this, it is still early for any definition, since the sowing is in its final stretch.
